Upon entering the penthouse, you will immediately be drawn in by the endless sparkling Pacific Ocean view from the cathedral ceiling to floor windows. This is how your great vacation begins! The spacious great room promotes luxurious living with ample designer seating, a large flat screen TV and recessed accent lighting in keeping with the upscale and extravagant features of this condominium. The adjacent ocean view dining area offers generous seating for your guests and friends encouraging in-house dining, socializing and entertaining. Sliding glass doors from the great room and dining area feature a balcony that runs the length of the main living area. This is a great area to enjoy the tropical sea breeze, begin your day with a cup of delicious Costa Rican coffee or toast to a fabulous sunset for which the area is well known. The huge kitchen is a chef’s dream with top of the line highly appointed appliances, custom hardwood cabinetry, granite counter tops, walk-in pantry and granite breakfast bar. The open layout of the condominium’s gourmet kitchen, dining area, and great room offers a spacious area for a large gathering with friends, families, or bachelor/bachelorette parties and assures a memorable vacation. Tropical ceiling fans and high energy, air conditioning are featured throughout the condo for your comfort.
All four spacious bedrooms boast ocean views with sliding glass doors to a viewing balcony and are appointed with luxurious bedding and linens. The massive ocean view master suite offers a king size bed, queen size sofa bed in the adjacent sitting area, large flat screen TV, en suite bath with double sinks, walk in closet and marble shower. The three additional bedrooms offer a king size bed which can be split into two single beds and are tastefully designed, decorated in tropical colors and furnished with native hardwoods. One of these bedrooms is en suite and the condo has another full bath adjacent to two of these bedrooms. The condominium has a total capacity of 4 king beds, 1 queen sofa bed or 6 singles to accommodate a group of any size. Additiionally, there is one half bath off the living area. Daily maid service is provided.

ATV tours are another great activity and will take you to the mountainous areas close to Jaco Beach, where you can cliff jump into cooling waterfalls, bungee jump and encounter local countryside at a local restaurant with fresh mountain breezes. Zip lining is only five minutes north of your condo where you will enjoy 3.5 kilometers of tropical jungle and zip line exhilaration. Your condo in Jaco Beach is situated between two national parks for hiking, wildlife spotting and enjoying the diversity that Costa Rica offers. The area is well known for wildlife and a tour of the Tarcoles River to view the massive crocodiles, tropical birds and wildlife is a highlight of many vacations. A popular activity we can arrange and one to surely get your party started is a fully catered private beach party at our oceanfront beach house fully equipped with beach chairs, surfboards, boogie boards and volleyball. He has a wealth of local information, great recommendations and advice on area attractions. Dan always has great stories and can advice you on the best fishing zones in Costa Rica. Dan knows the waters around Costa Rica like he knows the back of his hand, very well. In his spare time he travels to Alaska, Washington and Oregon guiding fishing and filleting his daily catch.
